What will the treatment involve?

Your first session (Initial Consultation and Examination) will be the longest. On arrival, you will be asked to fill in a form detailing your complaint. Your clinician will review the from with you before conducting a full physical examination. The findings will be discussed with you before treatment begins with your consent. This session usually takes 45-60 minutes.

Follow-up Treatments usually take 20-30 minutes. The number of treatments required will be discussed during your sessions as it depends on your complaint.

Treatment itself may involve a few different modalities including

  • adjustments/spinal manipulation therapy

  • massage and soft tissue release including IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation)
